Quarantine Chronicles

What’s up Indie High fam?! Long time no see I know, but we are back in business! I hope that you all have been staying safe and healthy during this pandemic. This is truly something that we have never seen before. We are in trying times, but I believe this is an optimal time for creatives and independent artists. With everyone being quarantined at home, this is the perfect opportunity to start a business, push out new content, and network with new people. When are we going to get a better opportunity than this? Right now, society is being primed for people like us: independent go-getters and self-starters. Many people were laid off as a result of COVID-19 and unable to provide for their families, but what if they had a sustainable business that could be ran online? The sky is the limit. Now I want to open a dialog and get you guys to be a little more interactive with me. I have two questions for you: 1) How has the quarantine affected you creatively? This could be a negative or positive or both! 2) If you could have started a business during this time, what type of business would it be and why? I want you guys to go to IG and DM me (@writeliketash) with either a written answer or video snippet of your answers. Some will be reposted on mine and the Indie High Radio account. I want us all to stay connected and supportive of each other during this time until we can get back to our Indie High events. I will be posting weekly prompts, challenges or questions so that we can all share our talents and get to know each other better. This pandemic will not stop us from getting Indie High!
